When MJ died, I read a list of his #1 songs, and "You Are Not Alone" was one of them. I had not heard it. I downloaded it and immediately loved it. This was a day before I left for China, so I loaded the song on my iPod and listened to it a bunch during my 2009 three-week trip to Beijing.

Now, when I hear the song, I think of going for runs in Beijing, and having some reflective moments late at night (to avoid the humidity and smog). Visit the Song Journal
